Google has stated yet again that placing Google AdSense ads on your site will not and will not help your site rank higher in Google Search. Google's Danny Sullivan responded to this one on Twitter , confirming that Google Search does not consider AdSense ads on websites when ranking them. The query was, "Will hosting Google AdSense on my own site help my SEO ranking?" Danny Sullivan responded with a "nope."
